Yoga
A path to physical and mental freedom
Yoga is the most powerful system I have found to cultivate intuition, truth and self love. It gave me the support and tools to heal my body and free my mind
The Design
The Online Studio has been designed as a comprehensive system of Vinyasa Yoga to teach you yogic practices and the philosophy of Bandha. The methods learned through these powerful practices are life changing, creating a strong and supple body and provide the necessary tools to navigate our inner and outer world.
My intention is to create a calm, stable and neutral space for students to explore their practice in a non dogmatic way that opens their bodies without force. I promote self empowerment and courage, with a focused emphasis on the subtle body through the connection to Bandha and breath via the power of Vinyasa Yoga.
The Element Series and Ashtanga Yoga’s Primary Series are at the heart of my teachings with fully guided classes and instructions on how to practice these series along with tutorials, asana breakdowns and injury prehab / rehab guides to support your progression and study.

Yoga Sequences & Tutorials
The Supine Sequence
The Supine Sequence is an holistic Restorative Yoga flow designed to introduce your body to the fundamental postures in Yoga, connecting movement to your breathing and slowly opening the body.
This way you will create the necessary openness for deeper movements, and is excellent for practitioners who are recovering from an injury.
The Element Series
The Element Series is a dynamic and healing Vinyasa Flow sequence designed to strengthen and open your body, exploring fluid and progressive movements to grow your Yoga practice, building a stronger, more open and connected you as an alternative to Ashtanga Yoga’s Primary Series.
Utilising Jamie’s extensive knowledge of nearly 20 years of Yoga practice, the series has a deep focus on connecting with your breath, intuitive movements and bringing the body back into it’s more balanced state.
Asana Tutorials
The Online Studio has an extensive range of Asana tutorials including a complete breakdown of Primary Series & Intermediate Series in Ashtanga Yoga, along with additional postures to help open your body in a safe and holistic way, so the series and more complex movements are available for practice.
To complement this are rehab and prehab tutorials on common injuries affecting all the major parts of the body.
The Studio is periodically updated with new content and requests can be made for specific breakdowns.
Ashtanga Yoga’s Primary Series
Ashtanga Made Available has been created as an holistic approach to Primary Series that is taught in a non dogmatic way giving students various options and adaptations to this wonderful system, and preparations for back bending offering an entry to this method for a wider range of practitioners with varying abilities.
Integrating yoga into your life is transformative, bringing a sense of calm and steadiness, creating a strong and supple body and mind, feeling more energised, balanced and developing a better relationship with yourself and your intuition.
