What is included with The Asana Guide Package
The Supine Sequence
The Supine Sequence is an holisitc Restortative Yoga flow designed to introduce you to body fundemental postures, connecting movement to your breathing and slowly opening the body.
This way you will create the necessary openness for deeper movements, and is excellent for practitioners who are recovering from an injury.
The Element Series
The Element Series is a dynamic and healing Vinyasa Flow sequence designed to strengthen and open your body, exploring fluid and progressive movements to grow your Yoga practice, building a stronger, more open and connected you.
Utilising Jamie’s extensive knowledge of nearly 20 years of Yoga pracice, the series has a deep focus on connecting with your breath, intuitive movements and bringing the body back into it’s more balanced state.
The Asana Breakdown Video Library
The library has an extensive range of Asana tutorials including The primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, along with additional postures to help open your body in a safe and holistic way, so more complex movements are available to practice.
To complement this are rehab and prehab tutorials on common injuries on all the major parts of the body.
These are to be used in conjunction with the series so that you learn how to move your body correctly, with better technique, and move safely into different areas of the body with more awareness.
The Guide is periodically updated with new content and requests can be made for sepcific breakdowns.
