Utilising Jamie’s extensive knowledge of nearly 20 years of Yoga pracice, the series has a deep focus on breath, intuitive movements and bringing the body back into it’s more balanced state.

The Better Mobility Guide video library has an extensive range of mobility exercises, technical breakdowns of Asana’s / movement drills and rehabilitation tutorials to teach you how to work with, and rehab specific injuries related to all of the major parts of the body to work through.

These are to be used in conjunction with the series so that you learn how to move your body correctly with better technique, and move safely into different areas of the body with more awareness.

The Guide is periodically updated with new content and requests can be made for sepcific breakdowns.
