As i have learnt and continue to learn various movement styles and principlles along side my Ashtanga practice, i like to incorporate these into my teachings to offer a greater understanding of mobility, body mechanics and bodily awareness.


To compliemnt the Ashtanga Yoga system i work one on one with people individually in a more theraputic way creating specific sequences for injury prevention and rehabiitation. Therse sessions can be almost seen as physical therapy in essence, tailoring movements for the indivudals needs.
